༺ The timeline for what happens when you purchase this custom design is as follows:

Listing is purchased - you will be contacted to confirm the purchase and any extra details relating to the design, and necessary materials will be ordered.

Materials arrive - you will be contacted once again when materials have been received, at that time you will receive an estimated start time for the construction of your custom design

Construction begins - you will receive regular status updates (with pictures) once design construction begins.

Design completed - you will receive the final status update regarding completion of the design with pictures for you to review before the design is marked as complete and ready to ship. Once reviewed, the final piece will be packed up and shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Avoid exposure to chemicals like perfumes, hair sprays or products, body lotions, etc, as these can also cause the metal to change.

༺ Eco friendly packaging where possible: boxes are curbside recyclable and are made of 100% recycled content. Mailers are reusable and plastic film recyclable, made of 50% recycled content. Honeycomb wrap is used for padding if needed (with the exception of styrofoam sheets used occasionally when needed).

༺ Each order receives thank you gifts packaged in a mini burlap drawstring bag.

༺ Tracking is sent to your email upon shipment of your package via USPS or UPS.
