While I am extremely confident in the quality of my creations, accidents that are out of our control may occur, and breakage or damage can happen. If you experience any issues with breakage or damage of one of your SoulSocietyJewelry pieces, please don’t hesitate to reach out for repairs.

Issues due to natural tarnish, improper care and storage, and intentional destruction are excluded from this lifetime repair warranty.
