༺ THIS IS NOT A READY-TO-SHIP ITEM. What you are purchasing is a bespoke mermaid bralette that will be custom made to your desired measurements and design preferences. After purchase, you will be contacted by Victoria to begin the design process - after picking your preferred bralette base design (see second pic), you will work together to come up with a one of a kind bralette while choosing preferred materials, colors, and elements to create a piece that's perfect for you.

༺ After the design process is completed, please allow for up to 6 weeks for the bralette to be completed.

༺ You must be prepared to provide measurements so the bralette can be made to fit to your body.

༺ Base materials: silver or gold plated copper/brass/stainless steel.

༺ Please note: the base designs are merely concept sketches to get the idea of the basic structure/bralette shape across - during the design process, your chosen base design will be experimented on and explored in further detail to create a piece that is truly your own.

༺ PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE - Each product is carefully inspected upon completion and before being shipped to make sure it’s absolutely perfect for you - that being said, please try to be gentle with your jewelry and handle with care. Soul Society Jewelry is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has shipped.

༺ Regardless of metal type or crystals used, the same jewelry care instructions are recommended across all pieces: avoid contact with water or excessive sweat and oils from skin, and clean with a gentle cloth after wearing to keep your jewelry looking brand new. Avoid exposure to chemicals like perfumes, hair sprays or products, body lotions, etc, as these can also cause the metal to change.

༺ Eco friendly packaging where possible: boxes are curbside recyclable and are made of 100% recycled content. Mailers are reusable and plastic film recyclable, made of 50% recycled content. Honeycomb wrap is used for padding if needed (with the exception of styrofoam sheets used occasionally when needed).

༺ Each order receives thank you gifts packaged in a mini burlap drawstring bag.

༺ Tracking is sent to your email upon shipment of your package via USPS or UPS.
